To keep the trainees healthy and fit, physical training, yoga and sports are made an integral part of training. Early morning activities include physical training and yoga while in the evening games & sports is a must for all the trainees of the Academy.
The Academy has a modest gym in the trainees’ hostel equipped with modern equipment’s. The Academy gym houses tread mills, cycles, dumbbells, bench presses, cable and pulleys, pull up bar, leg extension machines, boxing kits, smiths machine etc among others.
